Follow along as I go through the 8-week Peak Fit Challenge!  I've been a fitness video fan for years, but this two-month period was my biggest challenge yet.  With alot of work and perseverance, my goal was to raise my fitness to a whole new level.  By God's grace I've come a long way from 248 pounds, but I'm ready to kick it into high gear as I'm now in my 40's.  I'm aiming to be as toned and healthy as I can be.  With a little faith and determination, this could be my healthiest decade yet!
